User Guide: How to get a quote / pay by invoice

Hey! I hope you’re doing great, in this guide I’ll cover in very short and simple steps how to get a quote or pay by invoice. There’s also a video further down to demonstrate how the quote is generated.

 

How to get a quote:

Step 1: Create account or login.

This step is optional but useful if you do it right away.

You should start by creating a new account under the “Register” button in the navigation bar, it’s a very quick process!

After you successfully register, you should be redirected to the Login screen where you can access your account, you can also go there by clicking on “My Account”.

Alternatively, if you already have an account you can login straight away. Let’s move on to step 2.

Step 2: add products

First you need to add products to the cart, you do this by navigating to the products, through the product categories in the top menu bar or by displaying the search bar on the magnifying glass icon.

After you added all the products you want, tap the Cart icon to proceed to the Cart view.

Step 3: Review cart

Once in the cart view you can check the subtotals, make modifications to the quantities and calculate shipping.

Step 4: Checkout

You’ll need to press “proceed to checkout” in the cart view, after that the checkout will load.

You’ll have to fill in your billing details to calculate shipping. After that you’re ready to place your order.

Select “Get Quote” as the payment method on the menu at the right, mark the checkbox for the Terms and Conditions, and press “Place Order”.

After that, a quote will be created and you’ll be redirected to it where you can accept it or decline it, also a copy will be sent to your email address.

If you don’t want to make the decision on the spot you can close the quote and come back to it whenever you like, just press on the “My Account” button in the navigation bar and go to “Orders”, you’ll see the quote.

Upon accepting the quote an invoice will be created and sent to you by email. Then, you can pay by bank transfer with our bank account details in the invoice.

Please note that if you don’t have an account you will have to create one and you can do that in that same page, you just need to mark the checkbox that says “Create an account?” with a password input, an account will be created to the email and password you put in that form. 

How to Pay by Invoice, via Bank Transfer:

(Please Note: We don’t process any order until the funds have been cleared in our bank account.)

Select “Direct Bank Transfer / Invoice” as the payment method on the menu at the right, mark the checkbox for the Terms and Conditions, and press “Place Order”.

After that, an invoice will be sent to your email address with your order details and our bank account info for you to transfer. Please make sure to put the order ID in the reference of the transfer statement, this make things easier for us when processing orders.
