Our minimum order quantity for custom balls is 50 units per design & size.
For example:
- Design 1, Size 5 Rugby Match Ball: 50 Units.
*Cannot combine sizes & designs under 50 units.
For custom balls, we offer two shipping methods:
Pricing can be as low as $18 AUD (Incl. GST) per ball depending on quantity and type of ball chosen. Exact numbers on this can be obtained after requesting a quote.

Payment can be done via direct bank transfer or credit/debit card. We require full payment upfront before starting manufacture of the balls.

We provide our customers a default design ball template to make the process painless for you, however, it is possible to print a custom design you provide us (As long as it maintains the Silver Fern logos), this can be discussed via email after submitting the enquiry.
Please note: Pantone colours are used during ball manufacturing, if your club/school/organisation doesn't have its colours in pantone variants we'll find the closest code to match it.

After the enquiry is sent, we willcontact youto discussdesign expectations and additional detailsif needed, after that we'll generate aquotefor you.
You'll receive aquotewithin 48 working hours after confirming the details on the previous step. We'll wait for yourapproval, quotes have a validity of60 days.
After the quote is approved, we'll send you a draft mockup of the artwork based on your requirements, we'll be able to make adjustments to the design if needed.

We require full payment upfront before proceeding with the order, this is strict company's policy as custom balls are not re-sellable on the market.
Delivery times will vary as per criteria based on delivery method chosen and external factors like sea/air ports traffic load at the time of shipping.
