How do I inflate my Tackle Tube?

The best way to inflate your Tackle Tube is with an air compressor.

Please don't try to pump it with a hand pump, it won't inflate and you will damage the valve.

What kind of air compressor?

  • Gas station tyre pumps work really well.

  • Air Compressors above 2HP also work well.

  • Smaller compressors or electric pumps (e.g 1/5 HP 12v) are not recommended, you risk damaging your electric pump.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Tackle Tubes don't have an exact PSI number, as the tube inflates it expands and there's no way of accurately measure the air, refer to the question below to know when it has been correctly pumped up.

The cover in my Tackle Tube is too loose?

Is the cover on your tackle tube too loose or the inner tube appears to be too small? Don't you worry.

These tubes can take a lot more air than it looks like, if the cover is too loose you should keep pumping. Optimal shape should be loose enough that you can pinch it with your fingertips, but not too loose that you can grab it with your whole palm.

How do I request a Replacement?

To ask for a replacement please email us at sales@silverfernsport.com.au and we'll come back to you as soon as possible, the more information you include in the email such as Order reference number, pictures of the product if it's broken, etc, the better. It'll make things easier and faster!

My Tracking code is not working?

If you tracking code is showing as invalid or is not showing any updates please allow it up to 72 hours to become active, sometimes it takes a few days until it starts showing updates. If more than a week has passed and it's still not showing updates please email us and we'll get in contact with the courier company.

I ordered the wrong size?

If you ordered the wrong size please email us at soon as possible and we'll process a replacement for you, we'll send you a return label for the wrong size product and we'll charge you the difference in case the other size is more expensive.

Order has returned to sender?

If the order is showing as 'Returned to Sender' please contact us as soon as possible and we'll schedule a redelivery of your order.

How do I open a Club Account?

To open a Club Account with us simply go to Club Accounts Page and fill out the form. We might contact you afterwards if we need additional information. Once you're set you'll be able to access exclusive pricing in our website.

How can I get a quote?
