Shipping rates for AU are cart-based and they work in price brackets.

Our standard dispatch rate is under 48 operating hours. We don't dispatch on weekends.

We aim to make all deliveries under 10 days,

We have multiple locations in AU and NZ, due to stock availability sometimes products get dispatched from NZ, these tend to be delivered between 5-8 days, while products shipped from AU get delivered in 3-7 days.

For AU we use AUS Post as a courier service.

For products shipped from NZ we use NZ Post and it gets transferred to AUS Post once it's in the country.

We offer 30-Day free Returns, Refunds & Replacements.

For Returns & Refunds: You can request a refund if the product didn't meet your expectations in the 30-Day period, as long as the product is in re-sellable condition (We'll process a return for this). If the product broke or malfunctions and you'd wish to get your money back we'll process you a 100% refund on your order.

For Replacements: We can replace your product for free if it arrived broken or if it broke shortly after started using it.

You can also request a replacement for Sizing in the 30-Day period, e.g. You bought a Large Tackle Tube but you realise a Jumbo would be better, as long as the product is in re-sellable condition and can be packaged again we'll process the request.
