We have warehouses in Sydney and New Zealand, due to stock availability sometimes products get dispatched from NZ, these tend to be delivered between 3-6 days, while products shipped from AU get delivered in 1-5 days.

For Australia we use AUS Post as a courier service.

For products shipped from New Zealand we use NZ Post and it gets transferred to AUS Post once it's in the country.

For Returns & Refunds: You can request a refund if the product didn't meet your expectations in the 60-Day period, as long as the product is in re-sellable condition (We'll process a return for this).
